Frequently asked questions about Medea Suite

Useful information for your stay at our bed and breakfast in central Naples, in the heart of Spaccanapoli.

What time can I arrive?

You can arrive from 08:00 and leave your luggage free of charge. Your room will be ready from 14:00.

What are reception hours?

Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00; Sunday, 08:00–13:30. Our staff will always welcome you at check-in, including out-of-hours arrivals arranged in advance.

Can I arrive outside reception hours?

Yes, by prior arrangement with reception. Charges are per booking, regardless of the number of guests: • Monday–Saturday, after 20:00 and by 24:00: €15. • Sunday, after 13:30 and up to 20:00: €10. • Sunday, after 20:00 and by 24:00: €15. • After 24:00: exceptionally, only by prior agreement, €20.

What time is check-out?

Please vacate your room by 10:30.

Can I leave luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, luggage storage at the property is free both before check-in and after check-out. You can leave bags from 08:00. Please collect them by 20:00 Monday to Saturday and by 13:30 on Sunday.

Is there a lift?

Reception is on the first floor and rooms are on the first and second floors. There is a lift with step-free access to it.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is served on the covered terrace from 07:30 to 10:30. The buffet remains accessible free of charge outside breakfast hours. We do not offer specific options for guests with coeliac disease.

Can I use the terrace?

Yes, all guests can use the terrace, including in the evening and at night.

What facilities are available in the rooms?

All rooms have a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and free air conditioning. Rooms are cleaned and towels and bed linen changed every day.

Are taxes included in the price?

Yes, the price includes breakfast, VAT and the City of Naples tourist tax.

How do I pay for my booking?

The full stay is paid in advance, by card, bank transfer or payment link. Extras at the property can be paid in cash.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but the rate is non-refundable: cancellation incurs a charge of 100% of the booking amount. No refund is provided in the event of a no-show.

Can I change my dates?

You may request a date change at least 15 days before check-in, subject to availability. If the rate for the new dates is higher, you must pay the difference.

Where can I park?

Medea Suite is in Spaccanapoli, in a pedestrian area within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Contact us before arrival for directions and information about our partner car park and its rates.

Do you arrange transfers and tours?

On request and with advance arrangements, we can organize transfers from the airport, station or port to Medea Suite, starting at €30 for 2 people. We can also organize tours: contact us for information and prices.

Can children stay?

Yes, when accompanied by adults. Children aged 0–4 inclusive stay free; the adult rate applies from age 5. In a double room, they share the room’s only double bed with their parents. When a triple or quadruple room is booked, a child aged up to 4 is allocated a single bed at no extra charge. Cots are not available.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed.

Where is smoking allowed?

Smoking is allowed on the terrace. It is prohibited in rooms and indoor communal areas.
